Happy Galentine’s Day! Galentine’s Day is a day to honor the special bond you have with your besties. I finally got to host my very own party, and I loved it! I wanted a day to celebrate US. My gal pals who get me, the ones who have been there through my successes and my failures. We celebrate Galentine’s Day on February 13th, but our celebration was a bit earlier. All of my friends have hectic schedules so I picked a day in February that worked for all of us. I want to share some inspiration with you so that if you’d like to host your own Galentine’s Day party one day, you have some fun, meaningful, and easy ideas! Most of the supplies and decor are from Oriental Trading.
Galentine’s Day Keepsakes
First things first, I wanted everyone to take home a special keepsake from this special day. They all had a Galentine’s Day tote bag hanging on their chairs. Inside they some special goodies like; a chocolate rose, chocolate lips, love magnet, and My lovely things jewelry dish .
My husband recently got me a new Cricut Explore Air 2 for Christmas. I decided to put it into use and made personalized glasses with vinyl for each of my special girlfriends. My favorite part of the day was when I had them guess which one was theirs! They were a HUGE hit and, everyone loved them.
Galentine’s Day Decorations
I am a huge believer that a Galentine’s Day party isn’t complete without all the beautiful decor! The Galentine’s Day banner was a perfect addition, I accented the walls with foam hearts and stickers from the Dollar Tree. The dessert table had a beautiful Rose Gold Mylar Love Balloon, Rose Gold Tassel Garland, rose petals, and a cupcake stand to display all those yummy treats!

Last but not least, I wanted the perfect Galentine’s Day tablescape. I placed a pink peony faux floral garland as a table runner, rose petals, chocolate lips, and chocolate roses throughout the table. Pillar candles were added to candle holders for an elegant accent. The table setting was stylish and chic, which is exactly the scene that I wanted.
There are many ways to show your besties how much they mean to you! As I get older, I realize just how important my friends are to me. I hope this inspired you to start a little tradition with your favorite girls.
